Candice Goh, founder of SOL HOUSE

A seeker of Yoga and Healing Arts, Candice has found solace and purpose through the teachings of the Vedic tradition. Over the past six years, she has devoted herself to personal transformation, deepening her studies in Yogic philosophy, and embodying these teachings to transform herself and inspire others. Her comprehensive training in Ayurveda, Yoga, and Trauma-Informed Somatic Therapy equips her with the knowledge to inspire transformation—from the self, through the self.

Candice has held safe and nurturing spaces for over 500 clients, supporting them in meeting their most intimate, vulnerable, and powerfully loving selves. She is currently the lead practitioner and educator at SOL HOUSE.
