Healer Circle
As some of you know, I’m taking a pause from offering Ayurvedic, oil-based bodywork.
This decision comes from a place of honouring my time and energy in this season, so I can step more fully into other aspects of my work and life. Bodywork has been one of the deepest joys of my path, and I hold so much gratitude for every client who has entrusted me with their care.
While I’m no longer offering sessions myself, I want to ensure you’re still held in the same depth and reverence. Below is a personal list of healers and practitioners I know and trust — people whose work I believe in, whether I’ve received from them directly or know them well.
This is a non-exhaustive list — there are many more heart-centered space holders and organisations I’ve yet to meet. But each person here brings something rare and special to the healing space.

Bodywork
Ida — Our Sacred Body
If you’ve been to SOL House, you may already know Ida. Her bodywork invites us to explore the stories we hold in our bodies — meeting it with compassion and presence. Rooted in her spiritual practice, her work goes beyond technique, offering a space to see yourself as you truly are. Find out more about Ida’s work here: oursacredbody.co
Max — Evolve Physiotherapy
Max’s sessions expand my physiological understanding while addressing the subtle energetics of the body. He bridges the physical and the subtle with sensitivity and insight. His clinic, co-run with his wife Cerise, also houses an impressive crystal collection (read: harmonising spatial energetics). Find out more here: evolvephysio.space
Daphne — Somatic Therapy Asia
Daphne’s depth of knowledge about the human body is truly unmatched. Her generosity in teaching gave me the foundation to become a trauma-informed practitioner attuned to the nervous system. If you’re seeking integrated bodywork and somatic therapy, Daphne’s private sessions offer just that — tailored with care to the areas you most wish to explore and support. Diana — The Elemental Practice
I think of Diana as a wise sage. While I haven’t had 1:1 sessions with her, her song circles and presence alone speak volumes about her depth as a therapist and space holder. She offers somatic therapy and coaching, with a focus on Highly Sensitive People (HSPs). Learn more here: theelementalpractice.co
Sharon — Therapy By Sharon
One of the best Cranio-Sacral Therapists I’ve experienced. Sharon’s sensitivity and groundedness create sessions that are deeply transformative. To date, my body vividly remembers her profound touch, which left me feeling like a fetus cradled in the womb. If she’s in Singapore (she now resides in Vietnam), it is worth booking a therapy or coaching session with Sharon. Learn more here: therapybysharon.com
Ai Hwa — Five Harmonies Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine
Ai Hwa’s approach to TCM is rare in Singapore — warm, intuitive, and guided by the Five Element Theory, addressing imbalances in body, mind, emotions, and spirit. Her clinic feels nothing like the fluorescent-lit norm; it’s an inviting space for us to find ease in our bodies. With her inquisitive nature, she creates space for patients to reflect on and understand their pain points. Learn more here: five-harmonies.com
Ayurveda
For Abhyanga Sessions — Om Vedic & Ayush Ayurvedic
I recommend Om Vedic and Ayush Ayurvedic for Ayurvedic treatments and consultations. These clinics offer Abhyanga as part of therapeutic treatment plans, and can also guide you through Panchakarma (a 14-day detox). One-off Abhyanga sessions are also available for those who would like to experience the traditional, fuss-free approach to oiling the body.
Each clinic has its own protocols — feel free to reach out if you’d like to hear about my personal experiences.
For Treatments & Advanced Study — Union Yoga Ayurveda
I began my Ayurveda journey here. Beyond treatments, Union Yoga is an educational hub for those interested in Ayurveda for personal wellbeing or as a career path. My friend Parnella — a brilliant therapist and educator — leads the teaching arm. Courses are flexible and tailored. Learn more about Union Yoga here: unionyogaayurveda.com.sg
