Bringing meaning to the postures deepens the integrity of your practice.

I am a firm believer in repetitive learning through well-paced guidance and personal embodiment. A term practice helps us craft a supportive environment and rhythm, guiding the learning of Yoga as a lived experience rather than simply bending into shapes.

In this Term Practice, the journey unfolds from the tangible to the subtle, from body to breath, and from breath to prāṇa. Through mindful āsana, breath awareness, and embodied inquiry, we move from cultivating steadiness and ease toward awakening the intelligence of prāṇa that animates all life.

The Yoga Foundations Term Practice is for anyone curious about the benefits of yoga from a postural perspective. It is especially supportive for those who are new to yoga, as well as for those with years of experience who may still struggle to find clarity or consistency in maintaining a regular practice.

What to expect in the term practice

  • A guided āsana sequence with a deep dive into the purpose and function of selected postures.

  • Variations, refinements, and explorations to help you integrate these practices into daily life.

Joining the full term allows for an integrated learning experience and ongoing access to the teacher-student relationship, one of the most essential components of learning Yoga beyond postural goals.

By the end of the term practice, you will have a toolbox of postures to design a 20-minute self-practice tailored to your lifestyle, body, and mind.

A seeker of Yoga and Healing Arts, Candice has found solace and purpose through the teachings of the Vedic tradition. Over the past six years, she has devoted herself to personal transformation, deepening her studies in Yogic philosophy, and embodying these teachings to transform herself and inspire others.
