Living Ayurveda
A Lifelong Study of Preservation & Prevention
2026 Workshop & Study Club Offerings
The purpose of Ayurveda is to prolong one’s capacity for good health, for as long as holistic medical intervention can preserve. One of the biggest learning points for me as a student and bodywork therapist, who relied on the ancient study of health, is that Ayurveda speaks of the importance of self-inquiry and personal empowerment.
While leaning into health protocols and panchakarma retreats has become a major talking point in the health and wellness bubble, Ayurveda asks us to look into the daily routines that stablise our unique life blueprint, as opposed to seeking temporary relief from sporadic visits to clinics and retreat centers.
We are not tourists in our own bodies. Neither are we a permanent holder of this vessel. But, for however long the duration allows us to stay and live in this body of ours, we want to optimise its function across all levels—body, mind and spirit.
Here is where the Living Ayurveda offerings bridge theoretical knowledge with practical and mindful application.
