Explore the science and art of breath regulation (pranayama) and meditation (dhyana) as pathways to deepening the connection between body, breath and mind.
We will begin with gentle preparatory movements to enhance circulation and release tension from the day. From there, guided breathwork techniques will help balance the nervous system, creating the ideal foundation for meditation.
Whether you’re new to these practices or looking to refine your experience, this class offers a supportive space to cultivate inner peace.
$35 single pass or 1 YIC studio credit per class

About Candice
Candice is a Yoga and Healing Arts Educator. Her training includes a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification, a 100-hour Meditation Facilitator Training, Trauma-Informed Somatic Training, Ayurvedic Bodywork Trainings, and an ongoing deep dive into Yogic Philosophy.
For Candice, self-practice (Sadhana) and scriptural study (Svadhyaya) are the pillars of her heart-centered life. She is dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where sincere seekers can experience and study the wisdom of Yoga and the sacred Healing Arts.
