Inner Harmony Yoga is an Ayurveda & Somatic Yoga series that cultivates harmony between body and mind. Through movement, breath, and deep sensing, each series offers a progressive journey into Ayurveda’s elemental wisdom and Yogic science, fostering a deeper, more integrated experience of the body-mind connection.
Weekly Themes:
April 24 – Body-Mind Harmony with Prana
May 1 – Grounding with Prana
May 8 – Centering with Prana
May 15 – Rise and Radiate with Prana
May 22 – Playing with the Space of Breath
May 29 – Feeling Prana: Awakening Inner Sensation
This April–May series explores Prana—the vital life force that animates and sustains us. Through breath-led movement and somatic exploration, you will learn to sense, direct, and engage with Prana, expanding your awareness of its presence beyond the breath. Each session refines your sensitivity to energy, allowing you to experience Prana as a felt expression of aliveness and connection.
The 60-minute practice includes guided movement, breath-centered awareness, and reflective inquiry, allowing you to attune to your body's wisdom. You can join the full series (6-class Pack) for a progressive journey or drop into a single session for an experience of Inner Harmony.
$35 single pass or 1 YIC studio credit per class or $150 for 6-class series pack
Classes will be conducted at Yoga In Common, 22 Petain Road.
