Introduction to Inner Harmony: Ayurveda & Somatic Yoga

April 12

Saturday, 2 - 3:30PM

Yoga In Common, 22 Petain Road

$65 single pass or 3 YIC studio credit

A 90-minute Ayurveda and Somatic Yoga practice designed to deepen your connection to body, mind, and breath. Through movement and breath, we will integrate Ayurvedic wisdom—bringing it to life both on the mat and in daily living. This session guides you into embodied calm and balance, offering practical tools to cultivate your unique expression of inner harmony.

Embodied Ayurveda: Experience Ayurveda’s elemental wisdom in motion. This practice illuminates the profound connection between movement, balance, and well-being.

Breath-Centered Practice: In classical yoga, breath is the key. By aligning movement with breath principles, we cultivate a practice that is efficient, powerful, and safe.

Somatic Awareness: The body is a map to deeper self-awareness. Moving in attunement with the body's natural rhythms fosters nervous system resilience and a sense of inner safety.

The practice includes pranayama, asana, and a heart-centered meditation. Beginners-friendly, all are welcome.

The class will be conducted at Yoga In Common, 22 Petain Road.
