Candice Goh

Founder, Yoga & Healing Arts Practitioner & Educator

A seeker of Yoga and Healing Arts, Candice has found solace and purpose through the teachings of the Vedic tradition. Over the past six years, she has devoted herself to personal transformation, deepening her studies in Yogic philosophy, and embodying these teachings to transform herself and inspire others.

Her personal healing journey of finding a cure for hormonal imbalance and Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) led her to further pursue bodywork, specifically, Ayurveda Therapy and Somatic Touch Therapy as healing modalities. Her comprehensive training in Ayurveda, Yoga, and Trauma-Informed Somatic Therapy equips her with the knowledge to inspire transformation—from the self, through the self.

Candice has held safe and nurturing spaces for over 500 clients, supporting them in meeting their most intimate, vulnerable, and powerfully loving selves. Her years of practice as a bodyworker and educator have allowed her to cultivate a refined touch and a unique language for exploring the human body and mind. With a compassionate and intuitive approach to touch and facilitation, she offers profound insights into an individual’s current limitations and untapped potential, empowering her clients to access the inner courage needed for meaningful change.

It is Candice’s goal to offer a safe and non-judgmental space for sincere seekers to experience and study the wisdom of Yoga and the sacred Healing Arts.

I had the pleasure of working with Candice through the Body of Bliss program, and it was truly transformative. Candice’s ability to tailor the sessions to my specific needs was remarkable. Each time, she intuitively knew exactly what my body needed, and I always left feeling balanced and rejuvenated. Her expertise in body-based work and her deep understanding of what benefits each individual is evident in every session. I highly recommend Candice for anyone seeking personalized care and a holistic approach to wellness!

Candice’s dedication to her craft, intentional touch and calming energy during the Abhyanga helped me to feel a deep sense of trust, and feel completely at ease and relaxed from the start till the end. The therapy taught me that massages don’t always have to be strong in intensity to feel good. My mind and body found rest with her healing touch and abundance of warm oil on my body!

If you're looking for a bodyworker who views bodywork as working with the whole body (physical, mental, emotional), Candice is probably who you're looking for. I love how attentive and respectful she is to her clients. I felt really safe, calm and relaxed throughout the session.

Historically, the texts of Yoga and Ayurveda are shared as a way of life and ideology rather than feel-good experiences. Through committed self-inquiry and holistic practices, we identify the root cause of our suffering, and gradually refine our resolutions and experiences, to live closer to our Truth.

About Yoga

Traditional Yoga is a vast body of knowledge with a specific goal — Moksha. The process of Yoga is said to bring about a total personality transformation that liberates an individual from illusions of ‘limited’ self-identity (ego-transcendence). In Yogic science, the self is the experimenter, the self is the laboratory and the self itself is observed and studied.

About Ayurveda

Ayurveda is the ancient Indian system of natural and holistic medicine. Loosely translated, Ayur means “longevity” or “life” and Veda means “science”. Ayurveda works in a two-pronged approach: Prevention and Preservation. It primarily focuses on personalised health as everyone has a unique body type, temperament and emotions.

Implementing the teachings of Ayurveda into our lives is akin to listening to Nature’s rhythm and temperament. The body-mind is seen as a vessel for us to connect deeply with the spirit—the omnipresent that fills our being with vibration—giving us the power to effectively lead our life, so as to attain liberation.

About Somatic

In the Vedic tradition, soma is both a sacred elixir and a symbol of divine nourishment, representing the essence of bliss, vitality, and the flow of consciousness. Rooted in this wisdom, somatic practices reconnect us with the living intelligence of the body (soma in Greek also means "body"), guiding us toward deeper awareness, healing, and integration. Through breath, movement, and embodied presence, we awaken the innate soma within—cultivating resilience, emotional balance, and a profound sense of wholeness. This approach honours the body as a sacred vessel of experience, allowing us to align with the rhythms of nature and access a state of embodied wisdom and inner harmony.
