Mentorship for Yoga Seekers, Teachers & Healers
Embodied Yoga Mentorship
A guiding compass to find clarity on your direction and purpose in your practice and teaching.
Have you studied Yoga and Ayurveda but still feel ungrounded in your practice? Do you struggle to maintain a steady sadhana (self-practice) and integrate these teachings into your daily life? You’re not alone. Many seekers, teachers, caregivers, and healers find themselves in this space—full of knowledge but unsure how to embody it in a way that feels aligned and sustainable.
This mentorship provides guidance and teachings to build a clear and strong foundation for your spiritual practice.
Through somatic awareness, yogic philosophy, and holistic lifestyle alignment, you will cultivate a path that supports your personal and professional growth.
Who This Is For?
This 1:1 mentorship is for you if:
You’ve studied Yoga, Ayurveda, or any form of healing arts but don’t feel fully connected to or supported by your practice.
You notice the gap between your spiritual pursuit and your role as a householder and don’t know how to bridge it.
Your sadhana is inconsistent, and your daily rhythm feels scattered or unbalanced.
You are often burnout from giving too much to the world and spreading yourself thin.
You want to integrate what you’ve learned into a more embodied and sustainable way of living.
You feel drawn to bhakti (loving-faith) but aren’t sure how to incorporate it into your everyday life.
You seek clarity, nervous system regulation, emotional agility, and a deeper sense of alignment in your spiritual journey.

Path for the Brave
Go inward and put your attention to the sacred.
Meet Your Facilitator — Candice
A seeker of Yoga and Healing Arts, Candice has found solace and purpose through the teachings of the Vedic tradition. Over the past six years, she has devoted herself to personal transformation, deepening her studies in Yogic philosophy, and embodying these teachings to transform herself and inspire others.
In her people-centric vocation, she came to cherish the solitude and silence that meditation offers to develop intimacy with the Self. To Candice, self-practice (Sadhana) and scriptural study (Svadhyaya) are two pillars that shape her version of a heart-centered life. Her studies include the completion of 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, 100-hour Meditation Facilitator Training, Trauma-Informed Somatic Training, Ayurvedic Bodywork Trainings, as well as her continuous learning of Yogic Philosophy.
Candice has mentored individuals in various caregiving professions who are often burned out and lost after years of tireless contributions. She has helped many teachers, healers, and facilitators to realign their purpose and be empowered to make a change.
It is Candice’s goal to offer a safe and non-judgmental space for sincere seekers to experience and study the wisdom of Yoga and the sacred Healing Arts.
