A signature SOL House programme combining the trinity of Ayurveda, Somatic, and Devotion as a sacred offering of Supreme Divine Love. This immersion is for aspiring and seasoned bodywork therapists, yoga therapists, Ayurvedic practitioners, space holders, and keen learners of the healing art & science of Ayurveda to be immersed in the vessel of Divine Love. You will step into the role of a therapist to support your client’s journey back to their true nature.

Understand Ayurveda as a life science for conscious healing
Identify a client’s unique mind-body constitution (doshas)
Hands-on learning of somatic touch therapy and a 60-minute sequence of SOL House’s signature bodywork—Soma Healing
Learn the anatomical, subtle, and mystical landscape of our body
Learn the secret of Soma and Agni: Bliss and Consciousness
Discover routines, rituals and herbs for radiant health
We will study in a small group (max 6 pax), providing a safe container for theory learning and quality hands-on guidance.
Note: This immersion does not replace manual therapy certifications. If you wish to begin a career as a Bodywork Therapist, you will be provided information on the next steps to gain the relevant credentials to legalise your practice. The immersion covers what typically lacks in Massage schools — the heart and art of conscious, healing touch.
Meet Your Facilitator — Candice
Ayurveda found Candice four years ago, after what seemed like a long and frustrating battle to find a cure for hormonal imbalance and Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).
After multiple trials and errors with various medical approaches, Ayurveda felt like the perfect match. Its holistic and non-invasive method works in alignment with each individual’s unique body rhythms and treats beyond the surface of a medical condition.
Candice is a certified CIBTAC Ayurvedic Bodywork Therapist and the founder of SOL House. She completed her 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2021 and most recently, a 100-hr Meditation Facilitator Training in 2024. Both of these deep immersions emphasise on the transformative power of Yoga as a way of life, and not just physical postures executed on the mat. In her people-centric vocation, she came to cherish the solitude and silence that meditation offers to develop honest intimacy with the self.
It is Candice’s goal to offer a safe and non-judgmental space for sincere seekers to learn and explore the wisdom of Yoga & Ayurveda.

The ultimate goal for Ayurveda is not health, but peace—in its greatest sense, peace of mind and peace in your soul. This is the goal of all humanity. Health will come when there is peace in the soul and in the mind, but healthy will not necessarily bring peace. If peace is not there, if happiness is not there, can health really exist?
