Inner Harmony: Ayurveda & Somatic Yoga
Every Thursday, 10:30AM - 11:30AM
Yoga In Common, 22 Petain Road
Inner Harmony: Ayurveda & Somatic Yoga is a movement series that explores the wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga through direct experience of the body-mind connection. Each series progressively deepens your understanding and embodiment of Ayurveda’s elemental wisdom and Yogic science.
In March, we will explore the theme of Agni—the fire element. Agni is both the digestive fire within the human body and the cosmic fire of transformation. Through guided movement, breath-centered cues, and reflective inquiry, we will ignite and balance Agni, supporting digestion, vitality, and inner radiance.
You can join the full series for a progressive journey or drop into a single session for a taste of Inner Harmony.
Weekly Practice Themes:
March 6 – Awakening the Inner Fire
March 13 – Nourishing the Digestive Flow
March 20 – Clearing & Releasing with Fire
March 27 – Transform with the Fire Within
$35 single pass or 1 YIC studio credit per class or $120 for 4 class series pack
