The Practice Is The Path

Traditional Yoga is a vast body of knowledge with a specific goal — Moksha. The process of Yoga is said to bring about a total personality transformation that liberates an individual from illusions of ‘limited’ self-identity (ego-transcendence).

Our classes are curated for all levels. They are breath-centric, progressive, and catered to seekers who recognise Yoga Asana as part of the path, but not the whole of Yoga. The physical aspect of Yoga prepares the body and calms the mind, so that we eventually arrive steadily and comfortably in our seat, for the practice of meditation.

Gentle Asana & Meditation

Wednesday, 7:15PM - 8:30PM

Take a mid-week pause to slow down the thrill chasing, excitement seeking and pleasure pursuit. We will return to our heart space of pure silence, refueling what the heart deeply desires and craves—Presence with Self.

The group class includes a mix of Gentle Asana, Pranayama and Meditation.

Morning Flow

Sunday, 8AM - 9:15AM

We will meet on Sunday mornings to awaken the body with a vinyasa practice of the dynamic and invigorating Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations). Each class is dedicated to the invocation of a mantra that represents one of the 12 names of the Sun God—Surya Deva. A mindfulness practice and a 'dynamic prayer' for us to be reminded of the shining qualities of the Self.

The group class includes Yoga Asana, Mantra Invocation, Pranayama and Meditation.

About Candice

Candice is a Yoga Educator and Meditation Facilitator. In her people-centric vocation, she came to cherish the solitude and silence that meditation offers to develop honest intimacy with the self. To Candice, self-practice (Sadhana) and self-study (Svadhyaya) are two pillars that shape her version of a heart-centered life. Her studies include the completion of 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, 100-hour Meditation Facilitator Training, and Trauma-Informed Somatic Training, as well as her continuous learning of Yogic Philosophy.
