A 8-week programme to explore, engage, and fully immerse in our bodies—as a vessel to experience the inner being.

Together, we will create pathways that lead us to have insights about our body, our emotions, our thought patterns, our relationships, and most importantly, our sense of self.

Our bodies are a portal to reaching that level of Being.


The Three Bodies

  • The physical body is the most visible and tangible body. It comprises the sense organs which are associated with suffering; be it physical or emotional pain.

  • The subtle body comprises of the breath, the mind, and the intellect. They are unseen but can be felt and sensed. The breath is linked to the nervous system, which is the mechanism we use to perceive and live in the world through our physical body.

  • The most inner body is the body of bliss. This refers to the bliss of knowing who we really are—our potential, our infinite creativity, our innate essence of existence.

Who Is This Programme For?

Meet Your Facilitator — Candice

Candice is a certified CIBTAC Ayurvedic Bodywork Therapist and the founder of SOL House. She completed her 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2021 and most recently, a 100-hr Meditation Facilitator Training in 2024. Both of these deep immersions allowed her to experience the transformative power of Yoga as a way of life, and not just physical postures executed on the mat. In her people-centric vocation, she came to cherish the solitude and silence that meditation offers to develop honest intimacy with the self.

The Approach

With her keen sense of exploring the human body and mind, Candice will offer deep insights into habitual postures found in the physical body and methods derived from the Yogic Science to regulate the nervous system.

Each session is unique and will be curated accordingly after an in-depth consultation.

A 2-hour session might include all or most of the following:

  • Consultation/ Follow up

  • Self-inquiry: Journal and Reflection Prompts

  • Bodywork: Ayurvedic Manual Therapy and Somatic Touch Therapy

  • Breath and Awareness: Pranayama (breathwork), Visualisation, Meditation

  • Movement: Asanas (yoga postures), Somatic Movements, Joint Mobility Drills

$1100 paid in full or $550 monthly for 2 cycles

The eight-week programme serves as a vessel for one to experience the inner being. We will meet fortnightly to dive in and flow with the wisdom of your body, unravelling new pathways along the journey. Perfect for those who are ready to commit to a physical and energetic shift.

Programme includes:

  • Health & Wellness Consultation

  • 4 x 2-hour 1:1 personalised bodywork and therapy support

  • WhatsApp support throughout the programme duration

Body of Bliss 12-week Programme

$1560 paid in full or $520 monthly for 3 cycles

The twelve-week programme serves as a sacred time to allow deeper insights about our body, our emotions, and for our thought patterns to unfold. We will meet fortnightly, over a season (approx 3 months) to witness your transformation. Suitable for the open, forbearing, and resilient ones willing to witness the body’s natural healing system, receiving deep lasting change.

  • Midway Progress Review

  • 6 x 2-hour 1:1 personalised bodywork and therapy support
