Body of Bliss

A wellness framework to harmonise our physical, mental and spiritual well-being

“When it comes to trying to figure out who we are and what our purpose is, our body is an obvious and easy place to start.” — Eddie Stern, Yoga Teacher and Author of One Simple Thing

Together, we will create pathways that lead us to have insights about our body, our emotions, our thought patterns, our relationships, and most importantly, our sense of self.

Our bodies are a portal to reaching that level of Being.

The Three Bodies

  • The physical body is the most visible and tangible body. It comprises the sense organs which are associated with suffering; be it physical or emotional pain.

  • The subtle body comprises of the breath, the mind, and the intellect. They are unseen but can be felt and sensed. The breath is linked to the nervous system, which is the mechanism we use to perceive and live in the world through our physical body.

  • The inner most body is the body of bliss. This refers to the bliss of knowing who we really are—our potential, our infinite creativity, our innate essence of existence.

Who Is This Programme For?

  • If you are currently experiencing a disconnection with your body, yet can’t quite put a word to it.

  • If you are experiencing an inability to connect with and understand your emotional state.

  • If you have a restless or anxious mind and often make impulsive decisions driven by emotional responses.

  • If you are experiencing physical symptoms such as insomnia, difficulty falling asleep, difficulty waking up, or poor sleep cycles.

  • If you are experiencing lethargy or sudden dips in energy level mid-day.

  • If you have poor structural posture that inhibits movement, resulting in aches and numbness of the body.

  • If you have poor bowel movement and digestion.

  • If you have poor routine, negative habits and addictions.

  • If you are open to body-based work and holistic healing modalities

  • If you are willing to prioritise time and cultivate patience to receive a new approach to living.

Meet Your Facilitator — Candice

Candice is a certified CIBTAC Ayurvedic Bodywork Therapist and the founder of SOL House. She completed her 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2021 and most recently, a 100-hr Meditation Facilitator Training in 2024. Both of these deep immersions allowed her to experience the transformative power of Yoga as a way of life, and not just physical postures executed on the mat. In her people-centric vocation, she came to cherish the solitude and silence that meditation offers to develop honest intimacy with the self.

The Approach

With her keen sense of exploring the human body and mind, Candice will offer deep insights into habitual postures found in the physical body and methods derived from the Yogic Science to regulate the nervous system.

Each consultation is unique and will be curated accordingly after an in-depth understanding of your objectives and goals.

A consultation might include all or most of the following:

  • Talk therapy, Prompts for Self-inquiry

  • Bodywork: Ayurvedic Manual Therapy and Somatic Touch Therapy

  • Breath and Awareness: Pranayama (breathwork), Visualisation, Meditation

  • Movement: Asanas (yoga postures), Somatic Movements, Joint Mobility Drills

If you're looking for a bodyworker who views bodywork as working with the whole body (physical, mental, emotional), Candice is probably who you're looking for. I love how attentive and respectful she is to her clients. I felt really safe, calm and relaxed throughout the session. Already looking forward to the next time I see her.

Each time, she intuitively knew exactly what my body needed, and I always left feeling balanced and rejuvenated. Her expertise in body-based work and her deep understanding of what benefits each individual are evident in every session. I highly recommend Candice to anyone seeking personalised care and a holistic approach to wellness!

Rachel

Body of Bliss is an amazing 4 sessions of introspection. Candice gave me a safe space to get to know my body and mind better. She listened to the issues I was facing and gave me simple steps to improve my diet, movement, flexibility and state of mind. When something didn’t work, she was always ready with an alternative, which I appreciated.

Stephanie

I embarked on a journey with Candice in the 12-week Body of Bliss program. My goal was to reconnect with my womb, bring balance to my hormones, and ultimately realign my mind, heart, spirit, and body. The program was tailored to meet my specific needs and goals. Each session was a harmonious blend of bodywork, yoga asanas, meditation, and self-reflection. I have continued incorporating the practices I learned into my daily routine, significantly improving my overall well-being. For the first time, I am experiencing a physical and spiritual alignment. Thank you, Candice!

The Pathway

  • Empty Before You Begin

An invitation to become an open vessel and be receptive to whatever may arise. It is only by emptying that we can become fully attentive and present.

  • Begin With What Is

We will break out of the “habit body” that is compelled by urgency and motivated by acquisition, and learn the art of being through ease, stillness, and silence.

  • Bearing Witness

As the world revolves, we witness and observe with compassion. We learn to feel tender, grateful, and kind—welcoming all that arises with equanimity.
