Wellbeing Blueprint is a personalised journey back to this traditional approach, encouraging intention, sincerity, and adaptability in response to your ever-evolving body-mind landscape.

What The Journey Entails:
Minimum Cycle of 4 Sessions : Dedicated time to integrate new movement habits, somatic awareness, and practical practices. Each session is 90 minutes.
Guided Practices: Move with intention, deepen bodily awareness, and notice subtle patterns of tension, energy, and ease.
Optional Bodywork Session: Support the body’s natural movement and reveal latent sensations or habitual holding.
Practical Self-Practice: Simple, functional exercises and routines to sustain progress, maintain awareness, and embody wellbeing between sessions.

Investment:
Sessions are priced between $150 – $200, depending on location. We will arrange a fixed location, either at your home or a rented studio space. If a studio rental is required, additional costs may apply.
